A security deposit may be required for first time renters.
Check-in: 4:00pm (you may
call prior to see if early arrival is possible)
Check-out: 12:00pm (you may call prior to see if a late
departure is possible)
Please observe the following rules:
• Pets upon approval only.
• A $50 security deposit is required.
• No smoking in the house.
• Please wash all sheets, pillowcases and towels and return
them to the linen closet.
(You may
leave last load in washer or dryer).
• Run dishwasher prior to leaving.
• Make sure fireplace door is closed.
• Turn heat down to 55 degrees.
• Put charcoal ashes in the metal container on the back
porch.
• Sweep the front porch.
• Turn out all lights.
• Return keys within 7 days of departure.
• There is no phone at the cabin and be aware that cell phone
coverage can be problematic.
